You may close your account at any time by contacting okaybet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and forfeiture of non-withdrawable bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okaybet Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting okaybet support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
